It is official. Rico Weiss is eager to leave Sasol Leeus for what will be his last contract in professional cycling, at 39. However, he is extremely experienced quality and top form ready. We hope, his dream gets fulfilled! Either way, he will become a trainer every team would dream to have. Good luck Rico!

Speculation, no real evidence. I read the same stuff, they think he got that triamcinolone but not real evidence to point Wiggins

Quote: "A parliamentary report has accused Sir Bradley Wiggins and Team Sky of crossing an "ethical line" in their use of a powerful drug to prepare for races, including Wiggins' historic 2012 Tour de France win.
The indictment is only one of several in the Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) committee's devastating 52-page report, which also contains the allegation that Team Sky used drug
Warlord, no evidence with Wiggins, you might get a sanction for pointing out innocent sheep ;)
Valverde has a history of doping too, having served a 2 year ban. Wiggo may not have been officially sanctioned by cycling, however he was also outed by Britain.
Well, Wiggo is very special
My favourite moment in cycling after Kristoff winning Ronde in 2015, is probably stage 15 in Tour de France 2009 where Contador buried Armstrong for good on Verbier.
Looking at it now, it's funny to hear how surprised and confused the commentators are that Wiggins is able to hang with the best.
However, both stories involve rainbow jerseys ;)
Different history..
LOL Valverde is another history, Armstrong is doing his part with his weekly podcast here at OCM
Sorry, not a big fan. He took cycling and focked it hardcore dry from behind. Extremely sorry to get so graphic.
This is Valverde.
If he just could be like Armstrong, it would be useful
Well, we will see.. if I release him, he will retire but stay with the team and I will be able to hire him as a trainer. Decent money, perfect trainer. So whatever, I win. Maybe somebody else wins as well. Anybody’s guess. Everyone plays their own game. That’s the beauty round here.
To me, he is very expensive to hire, and the other factor, his age; he is almost 40 and he is not Armstrong.
Exactly, maybe he can help someone by doing so. That’s the point of the whole thing! Either someone likes to use his top form and then retire him and have a superb trainer, or that’s more or less what I’ll do. Retire him top value and have a brilliant grade triple a trainer.
I think he will auto retire, unless you able to get someone to buy him; he is 39 years old
